1. Agreement to These Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to www.tubrocarpetcleaning.com, your communications with Tubro Carpet Cleaning ("Tubro Carpet Cleaning," "we," "us," or "our"), and services we provide. By using our website, requesting an estimate, booking an appointment, or accepting services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the website or services.

2. Services and Estimates

We provide carpet, upholstery, pressure washing, hard-surface, and related cleaning services. Website descriptions, promotions, and general pricing are informational and may be subject to eligibility, availability, property conditions, service-area limitations, and any stated restrictions. An estimate is based on the information available when it is prepared and may change if actual conditions, dimensions, materials, access requirements, contamination, staining, or requested work differ.

No service is guaranteed until an appointment is confirmed. The scope, price, and any job-specific terms communicated in a written estimate, work order, invoice, or confirmation are incorporated into these Terms. If job-specific terms conflict with these website Terms, the job-specific terms control for that service.

3. Appointments, Access, and Customer Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate contact, service, and property information and to ensure that an authorized adult is available as reasonably needed. You must provide safe, lawful, and timely access to the service location; identify delicate, damaged, specialty, or high-value materials; disclose known hazards; secure pets; and move valuables or fragile items from the work area. Please follow reasonable preparation and after-care instructions.

Arrival times may be affected by traffic, weather, earlier jobs, equipment issues, unsafe conditions, or events beyond our reasonable control. If access or safe working conditions are unavailable, we may delay, reschedule, limit, or decline service.

4. Cancellations and Rescheduling

If you need to cancel or reschedule, contact us as soon as possible at (253) 499-1028. Any cancellation, rescheduling, minimum-service, or trip charge will apply only if it was disclosed to you in connection with your appointment or is otherwise permitted by law.

5. Payment

You agree to pay all charges you authorize for completed services, including applicable taxes and disclosed fees. Payment timing and accepted methods will be stated in your estimate, confirmation, invoice, or other job-specific communication. If a payment is reversed or declined, you remain responsible for the amount lawfully due. Nothing in these Terms limits any non-waivable consumer right.

6. Results and Existing Conditions

Cleaning results vary based on material, age, wear, prior treatments, construction, staining, odor sources, damage, and other conditions. We do not promise that every stain, spot, discoloration, odor, contaminant, wear pattern, or pre-existing condition can be removed or restored. Some conditions may become more visible after cleaning. You must tell us about manufacturer instructions, known defects, prior damage, loose seams, unstable dyes, specialty fibers, or other conditions that may affect the work.

7. Website Use

You may use our website only for lawful, personal, and legitimate business purposes. You may not interfere with website operation, attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious code, scrape or copy content in violation of law, impersonate another person, submit false information, or use the website to harm us or others.

8. Intellectual Property

The website and its text, graphics, logos, photographs, videos, layout, and other content are owned by or licensed to Tubro Carpet Cleaning and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may view and print reasonable portions for personal, noncommercial use. No other use, reproduction, modification, distribution, or exploitation is permitted without prior written consent.

9. Reviews, Photos, and User Content

If you voluntarily submit a review, testimonial, photo, or other content for public use, you confirm that you have the right to provide it and grant us a nonexclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display that content for the purpose for which it was submitted, subject to applicable law and our Privacy Policy. Do not submit unlawful, misleading, infringing, or private information about another person.

10. Third-Party Services and Links

The website may link to or integrate third-party scheduling, mapping, social media, review, analytics, payment, or other services. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party content, availability, security, or practices. Your use of a third-party service is governed by its own terms and policies.

12. Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the website is provided "as is" and "as available." We disclaim warranties not expressly stated in a written job-specific agreement, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement. 13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tubro Carpet Cleaning and its owners, employees, contractors, and agents will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data, arising from the website or services. Our aggregate liability for a claim related to paid services will not exceed the amount you paid us for the specific service giving rise to the claim. 14. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Tubro Carpet Cleaning and its owners, employees, contractors, and agents from third-party claims, damages, and reasonable costs arising from your unlawful misuse of the website, your breach of these Terms, or content you submit. This section does not require you to indemnify a party for its own unlawful conduct.

15. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Before filing a legal claim, you and Tubro Carpet Cleaning agree to make a good-faith effort to resolve the dispute informally by written notice describing the issue and requested resolution. Any court proceeding must be brought in a court with proper jurisdiction and venue in Washington, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

16. Changes, Severability, and Entire Agreement

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version and changing the effective date. Updated Terms apply prospectively from the date posted. If any provision is held unenforceable, it will be limited or removed to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue in effect. These Terms, our Privacy Policy, and applicable job-specific documents form the entire agreement concerning their subject matter. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver.
