We use Tubro to steam clean our carpets and they are miracle workers. We are a property management company with high turn-over student housing. Not only is Tubro prompt, professional and hard-working, they also are able to clean our high number of apartments (20+) in a matter of a couple hours. Charles often cleans our properties and is able to make carpet that we fear we will have to replace, look brand new. We highly recommend Tubro's service!

This is the first time I've had my carpet professionally cleaned and it was definitely a perfect experience! My technician (Charles) called while he was on the way and within minutes after arriving he figured out the total cost and got to work. I am totally pleased with the results - my carpet smells fresh and looks terrific. I let everything dry overnight and moved all the furniture back the following day. The only problem is my carpet looks so good I don't want to walk on it!

Charles did a great job, on time, no pushy up sell for services, was careful moving equipment in our home. We had some difficult stains to remove and were happy with the end result.

First time for me paying someone to clean my carpets, but being in a rental with elderly/sick dogs having accidents it seriously needed to get done. Charles did an outstanding job and the professionalism of the company in total was just above and beyond my expectations. Every aspect of Tubro's services is outstanding so I keep coming back to them. The carpets always look outstanding afterwards, and it is good to know that my family and I aren't being exposed to toxins in the process. Charles came out and did an excellent job. He was beyond professional and courteous. He recommended and advised on additional services, but at no time did I feel pressured to get anything additional. The carpets looked great, and he was on his way in no time. I will definitely use them again.

Technician arrive close to the time frame, traffic was bad this day, worked quickly, price was fair. There were some stains that didn't come out, but this is a rental and I really don't know how long they were there. He did suggest extra stain removal product for the stains, but I declined.

Absolutely Amazing. When i came home i honestly thought my wife had new carpet installed. They were that clean. Coit,Stanley steamer, chem dry. They have nothing on this business they set the bar!!!!. Not to mention they cleaned them on a Saturday for us. They don't work weekends how's that for service! !! 5 stars isn't high enough. Very professional. They even stayed to help me with my carbon monoxide alarms when they unexpectantly went off throughout the house. I would use them again absolutely. No hidden costs, you have options and know what the end cost will be. They don't try to push any services you don't want.

First time customer. Bought a coupon for 3-bedroom carpet cleaning and got more than my money's worth. The technician included deodorizing of the carpets at no extra charge even though it wasn't part of the coupon. I have used Tubro twice to clean my carpets in the last year. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone! I used a Valpak coupon both times so the price was affordable and the service was excellent. I was able to get an appointment relatively quickly. There were reminders emailed to me. The service guys kept me apprised of their ETA both times. They were friendly, professional, honest about expected results, and efficient! I can't believe how much better my carpet looks and feels since I have started using them.

Our technician (not sure what they are called), was amazing! He called to let us know when he would be arriving and showed up exactly when he said he would. He was extremely professional, being extremely considerate of not damaging our home with the equipment by putting plastic barriers on the corners of walls, placing rugs in our hardwood floors, and wearing shoe covers. The job only took an hour for 7 rooms, and it looked like it had taken hours. We didn't really have any stains but the worn down parts of our carpet looked like new. At the end of all his hard work he asked if we had any questions and took the time answering them without making us feel rushed. I will be using them for the rest of my life as long as the service stays this amazing!!!!

I found several referrals for Tubro Carpet Cleaning and decided to give them a try. I was not disappointed and can't say enough good things about their service. Charles, our technician, was courteous, professional and explained the entire process while he did a walk through and listened to what my concerns were. He went above and beyond with the cleaning and I am amazed at how much brighter (cleaner) my carpet is. Showed up on time. Went over everything with me . Was careful with the walls and floor. Worked really hard to get the carpet clean. Did a good job!

Service man was kind and professional. Rate seemed higher or equal price than what I have received from other companies, even with the special. No complaints about the service, except there wasn't any special "gimmick" that was clear to me, such as with chem dry and the oxy clean people. Seemed like just basic carpet cleaning, and I think the other guys would have cleaned my cheap rec room carpet as part of the package. So I only got 6 areas cleaned instead of 7, for the 7 area special. I admit I really appreciate a bargain, but didn't feel like I got one. But I have no complaints about service, just didn't seem any better than service I've had from other carpet companies.

I arranged for Tubro to clean my carpets on a whim after seeing the service listed on Amazon Home Services for a price too good for me to ignore. The technician (Charles) arrived when expected, was very professional and helpfully explained the services he could provide. I opted for a basic cleaning -- one of our carpets is too ratty for me to be all that concerned about the stains -- but Charles applied an extra treatment for no charge (a citrus enzyme cleaner, I think) that really did improve its appearance. I was in a hurry to leave the house and get back to the office, so I appreciated how quickly the whole cleaning took (about an hour) and how thorough it was. I would definitely use Tubro again. One thing that would improve the experience is to smooth out a couple communication issues with Amazon, from which I ordered the service. Amazon sold me a two-room cleaning deal, but when I talked to the rep at Tubro I learned the minimum number of rooms I could clean was three (for the same price, so no worries). Also, after I set a confirmation time with Tubro, Amazon sent an email on the day of the cleaning with a different time. I had to call Tubro to make sure the original time was correct. These are minor hiccups, but they did add a little confusion to what was otherwise a good experience.

The technician was on time, knowledgable and offered the best solution for my overdue carpet cleaning! The technician also explained the science behind good cleaning and made me feel reassured that we would receive the deep cleaning we needed to guard against further allergies and respiratory issues! I invested in the boost cleaner and it cleaned up all my dark spots and stains. Because of the boosting additive, I noticed the carpet was cleaned faster and he did not have to stay in one spot cleaning, resulting in too much water left behind. I am so excited to see my crime blend burber carpet again. They like new again!!
